TTSQC (Testing Technology Service Ltd.) is an ISO/IEC 17020 accredited third-party quality control inspection company with a strong track record spanning nearly two decades. Headquartered in China, our operations cover 25+ countries across Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and the Americas.

To maintain the openness, fairness, objectivity, independence, honesty and credibility of inspection work conducted by the company and its departments, and to ensure that objective and impartial inspection results are produced using scientific methods, TTSQC hereby declares:

The company and its departments maintain an impartial attitude toward all clients, delivering consistent work quality. All personnel at every level strictly comply with relevant national laws and regulations, operate according to management system documentation, follow standard methods for inspection, utilize advanced equipment, and apply scientific methodology. Inspection activities are free from external interference or financial inducement, ensuring independence, integrity, accuracy and reliability of inspection data, and impartiality of conclusions.
The management system of the company and its departments complies with CNAS-CI01 (Inspection Body Competence Accreditation Criteria) and its application notes, all relevant laws and regulations. Inspection procedures and applicable standards are strictly followed.
When undertaking inspection assignments, all departments reject any intervention by external departments or personnel — whether administrative or otherwise — that could interfere with normal business operations or inspection work.
The company and its departments are responsible for maintaining client confidentiality. Technical documentation, inspection data, and product information provided by clients are never disclosed to unauthorized personnel.
The company, its departments, and personnel shall not have any conflict of interest with inspection activities, data, or results. They shall not participate in any activity that compromises the independence and integrity of inspection judgment, nor engage in product design, development, manufacturing, supply, installation, use, or maintenance related to inspection items or similar competitive projects.
The company and its departments shall implement measures to ensure personnel are free from improper commercial, financial, or other pressures and influences — both internal and external — and shall prevent commercial bribery to safeguard impartiality and integrity.
Any person has the right to report or stop activities that compromise impartiality, and may escalate reports to higher authorities. Retaliation is strictly prohibited and will result in disciplinary action per company regulations. Violations of national law will result in civil and/or criminal liability.
